I've got the wiper bit. Don't think I've got a scuttle anymore though.

By bit you mean the plastic part on the wiper? What is a scattle? Im from Croatia so sorry for bad English

"Scuttle" is the name of the panel between the bonnet and the windscreen, atop the front bulkhead, usually has vanes for fresh air ventilation into the cabin.

"Wiper bit", the plastic which covers the nut fastening the wiper arm to it's spindle, I don't think it has a name.

Your english is better than my croatian, so it should be me apologising. :-)
