Default Stc and abs after front end replacement

Changed my whole front end being axle, control arms, sway arms, wheel bearings, etc. I safely removed the abs sensors before working. I bleed the brakes correctly but I can't get rid of these codes. I did a lot of searching on other forums and it seems lot of people have abs issues after doing suspension work and people always say it's your abs module. I don't believe it. How can abs module that last the life of the car suddenly breaks after doing front end work

Did you reuse the axle center bolts? They should be replaced - stretch bolts. Give them a try see how tight these are now. Sometimes even grease from the CV joint gets on their thread as axle hole fro the bolt goes right inside the CV joint (weird design). Grease on these bolts means they never 'feel' tight enough and can even easily cause the bolts to stretch and break while being tightened.

I assume the reluctor rings on the new axles have similar teeth size with the original axles?

Realistically, the chances of ABS system breaking coincidentally at the same time as the other work was carried out are pretty slim, so it's reasonable to assume it is related to something that happened during the repair. What exactly are the error codes you are getting? Volvo DTC's should pin it down to a specific sensor or component.

One of the sensors I had to redrill enlarge the bolt hole for it. But sensor is still in exact place

Can abs not working properly make the brake caliper stick. It's constantly squeeling at low speed
