[QUOTE=360beast;2700645]Front garden? What's one of those? I've got a Volvo scrapyard not a front garden.

Mine is hidden in the back garden but unfortunately the squirrels keep eating the money as it's cunningly disguised as acorns.....................
Hmmmmmmmmmmm, ideas! You have enough spare standard ARBs floating around to try a double ARB set-up front and rear - more cost-effective and possibly better results than the IPD ones. I'd be tempted to do that first before adding the -40mm springs, you may be pleasantly surprised and it'll retain the ride quality. You will however have to dump those horrible Nivo things that don't work and fit normal springs and dampers. Fitting springs that are extra hard (and lowered) and stiffer ARBs could in fact reduce the roadholding and compromise the ride quality, especially with how bad the roads are these days.

Kaplhenke Racing do parts for 760 IRS
https://www.bneshop.com/collections/700-900-volvo-parts But they're based in the states, so expect customs and shipping costs on top of their prices too. Their stuff isn't cheap, but it looks decent. I'm using camber plates made by them, which ain't too bad. You can also try https://www.kgtrimning.org/700-ser/chassie-parts/ they're based in Sweden, if you send them an email they'll guide you in the right direction.

I've seen photos online but can't remember where, i'll try and find them later. I did think a rose joint with a male thread on it would probably work for the new drop link using extra nuts. Remember before Xmas i asked about the front ARB D-brackets? Now you know why!

I do now have a mk1 IRS car here to work out rear coilovers on.
For ride comfort and handling I would rather stiffer springs rather than thicker anti roll bars. As to the double anti roll bars to get the same roll stiffness as the single 25mm ARB you would need 2x 21mm or 3x 19mm bars |
