Default V40 R design 2013 black

Hi
Sorted my little problem in my boot at last.
Now I know this won't be everyone's cup of tea but I want to add a BT more style to my V40.
I'm thinking about some door sills with R design stamped into them for one subtle way of making the car look nicer if anyone knows where I can get them from?

Also I want to improve the headlight bulbs for a xenon pair but not sure if I can't just swap them straight over or would I need a different fitting on the headlight itself if anyone has done this and could let me me know would be great?

While I'm here also, has anyone tried to squeeze anymore power out of their d3? Obviously mines at about 150bhp now but what can I do to improve this? Are there any simple ways such as induction kits or is it a case of slinking a load of dollar for a remap?

Any other subtle suggestions to improve my cars looks will be welcomed of course

Cars with Xenon bulbs have auto leveling on the lights so you would have to change the whole light units and the wiring. I suspect it would also require a software update. I suspect it would be much easier to research what is the best Halogen bulb on the market instead.
