Default V70 T5 With no power.

Hi chaps

Im new to this so please be patient if i have posted this in the wrong place, I have a Volvo 2000 W reg V70 T5 that has just lost its power it seems to have the first few seconds of grunt but then gose flat. i have put a boost gauge on it and it is running around 8-9 psi witch i beleave is about right.
I have tride winding up the turbo actuator but that has not done a thing to help.

All so the AC pump has started to make a grinding noise but i dont no if that should drop the power or not ?

And if any one would have a link to a PDF workshop manual that would realy be nice.

Thanks again chaps i look forward to any help you could offer

Kind regards Paul...
