Yes that will show Derek how to place the pin, just a bit strange they show another picture with the pin missing - maybe they forgot to change the photo, after the fixing pin became available. The pin was not offered with the basket, when they started on the reproduction - it came much later. Jens Christian Last edited by JC T ONE; Nov 29th, 2017 at 02:08. |

Finally finished
This is NOT what I wanted to see, when I climbed up under the roof, to insulate the ceiling in the garage.
My car is standing right under this beam  Here is a better wiew = The 2 spiked plates in the other end of the beams had also rusted apart. I fitted new galvanized plates, with LONG screws (on all) - Good thing I have 2 big garage jacks = They got the ceiling back up in no time - all nice & straight now. The whole ceiling now have 2 layers of insulation = 35-40 cm. Jens Christian |

Steel clips and rivets available from Brookhouse along with the later plastic pop in type. Question - If the hole in the body is increased to suit (if needed) can the plastic clips be used? The trim strips for all years are the same part numbers.

Might be now, but not in the old days, there is a huge difference to the two types = B18 & B20. I am pretty sure the early (thin) B18 type is obsolete = superseeded by the fatter B20 type. Jens Christian |
