Default Another s60 d5 injector question

Hi all I'm the newish owner of a Volvo s60 d5 2002, the cars a one previous owner full service history good example. Wanting to keep the car a long time and using it to commute to work a hour each way I've been tackling the maintenance jobs so far ticked off

All filters and oil
Timing belt and water pump
New battery

This weekend I attempted to replace the injector copper seal and clean up the cylinder seats as it was leaking quite alot, being an enthusiastic diy type I think I've potential jumped in head first without getting all the details, I used the very helpful sirobb video as a guide and all injectors came out easily and were very dirty and the cylinders took alot of cleaning, anyway i reattatched all the lines and torqued the bolts down and let the car idle all seemed well so I took her for a spin to test it again all seemed well until I pushed a little harder and at 3500rpm it went into limp mode I pulled in to find the 5th injector fuel pipe was blowing fuel everywhere I've nipped that up a little more and driving it today to work and back it was fine

My question should I of bought the official Volvo clamping kit and changed the fuel pipes ? If so can you buy pre made fuel pipes ?

I'm waffling now, any help will be very much appreciated

You might get a response here, but this is the section for S60 '10> / V60 '11> / XC60 '08>'17

If you have a 2002 S60 you might want to post that in the S80 '98-'06 / S60 '00-'09 / V70 & XC70 '00-'07 section, see link
