Default Transfer box and final drive fluid levels

Hi all.
I felt the need to replace fluids in my bevel/angle gear, AOC/Haldex and rear differential for preventative maintenance purposes (it would give me some peace of mind, even if they're not a Volvo recommended service item).
Can anyone clarify the oil fill levels for me please?
The AOC is clear on Vida that it is: fill to plug, go for a drive, fill again and then drain 40ml.
Angle gear and rear diff are less clear on Vida, so are they just fill to the level plug? I've seen videos on Youtube suggesting some Volvos should have 100ml drained from the angle gear and 50ml from the rear diff (different model car I know);

Appreciate if anyone can confirm.
Mine is a 2007 XC90 185 with the TF80SC 6 speed gearbox
