Default V70 mk2 front Caliper confusion

Hi, I’m trying to replace the front brake calipers on my 2001 V70.

When I order the units they arrive and fit the car but there is no provision for the retaining spring. Instead there is what I would describe as bolt holes.

Motor factors say these are the right units for my car.

Is it my car has an early different setup, or has there been a modification?

The part numbers are clearly stamped on the caliper so just find a parts supplier who will match the numbers and send you the same part.

That looks like the right one.
I can't see part nos. on my caliper.
Have you got the part no. or link where that photo comes from?

The one above is for a much later model . your dealer can easily sort out which brakes you have from his parts list and the cars build sheet ..

I would only use an ATE replacement.
There's a good selection here.
Check your calipers again to confirm the part number as it's definitely there and there's no point in guessing.
