Is this the one for the rubber bush that goes in the outside end of the delta link arm?

I have the tool, it's a waste of time.
On Matthews volvo site there is a good guide to doing these. Use a blow torch to heat up the end of the link - you are wanting to melt the plastic of the main body of the bush, once you've melted it you can use a pair of grips to pull the bush out. For installing the new one grease up the bush and inner part of the end link then use a hammer on alternating sides of the main body of the bush to "drift" it in - must monitor it to line it up with the rear bolt as it is possible to go too far.
