  • VOC Members: There is no login facility using your VOC membership number or the details from page 3 of the club magazine. You need to register in the normal way

Well I finally finished my wheels

First one all taped up & first coat


First one finished


And all done and refitted

"R" badge ?????? don't want to slow it down by adding more weight Keith plus it would increase the fuel consumption by fitting an "R" badge drinks way to much at the moment and the badge would give it ideas above it's station & make it think it's something it ain't LOL

Truth is I got fed up of the wheels always looking dirty 3 miles after cleaning them LOL ( the brake dust don't show up so soon now )

how did you get the tape to stick to the tyre? everytime i try it just peels off which leaves me in a frustrated and tangled mess of 2m of masking tape. At which point i swear a lot about random things, nothing to do with the tape not sticking and clear up.

You have done a very good job by the look of it, is it a hard one to do on your own or is it best to take it to a professional if you have no experience of doing them?
