1980 Volvo 244 GL 2.1 petrol Saloon

Unfortunately it is now time to sell my classic Volvo. The car is located in Surrey (RH8) area.

Vehicle Details;
Volvo 244 GL 2.1 petrol.
The car has a blue interior, and a cassette/FM radio.

This car was registered in the UK in 1981 by DVLA, but when I contacted Volvo Sweden, they said it was completed in 1980. I have an email from the Volvo museum in Sweden to confirm this.

This was my uncles car and he owned it since around 1994 and it was garaged most of that time during his ownership.
I have had it a few years now

The car is 42 years old and is not perfect, It has scratches and blemishes on. It had a wing replaced in the late 90’s. Check out the photos, and I can provide more.

Number plate is valued at £495.

There is a small amount of rust on the sills and the rear lower arches. But, overall the engine runs nicely and the brakes work well.
