Spec;

Phase 1 T4(t2) ported and polished head, standard with solid lifters and high flow valves.

Phase 2 T4 lower compression pistons (8.5:1 cr mahle forged OEM) with large valve pockets machined
Volvo B4204S n/a cams

New timing belt.

The engine has covered 5,000 miles.

£700 + shipping for the short engine with spec as above. The engine is secured and wrapped on a pallet, ready to ship.

I'll break the engine if necessary but reluctant to waste £100 in bolts.

Any questions, please get in touch.

Hi mate, may i ask you...

How can you run solid lifters with camshafts made to run with hydraulic lifters ?? (there are a different designs depending the use).

And how you managed to set the correct valve clearance for those solid lifters with the new camshafts..??

I have this head exactly the same, you have to get it all shimmed, the whole lot. Hassle but worth it, did it in me work shop, obviously hydro have shorter cams so you get it shimmed to fit.....,.
