I just had a brilliant idea ... how about an owners club for all those who own #1?

Come on now, Folks, good on him for getting that sort of amount particularly from our German colleagues.
Perhaps anyone that has enough interest in this can ask nicely which dealership has bought the car and they can then see it on the dealers web site.

No, I don't think so at all. If anything, it'll be locked underground in a vault with the diamonds and the gold. Not too close to the diamonds and gold though. Wouldn't want to devalue them. I don't think any of us will be lucky enough to see this car again. Not for six months anyway. Then it'll be on carandclassicdotcom for £5000. About the only place it hasn't been hawked. Seller name Mr A. Important German Trader. Now living in er england. |

I admire how diplomatic everyone has become ROTL! I must keep trying ( night classes? )
Must dash as Mubarack Hassan from Burkina Faso wants to share millions with me. It's a long story, but he just emailed me out of the blue offering 7.5 million USD! Can you believe it? Apparently there was a plane crash and the owner of the dosh got killed, so now if that 22 million isn't claimed, it will go to the Burkina Faso Government! What a waste that would be! Mubarack has a plan for me though, and generous dude that he is, he's offering me 7.5 mil! He was a bit short on specifics, because it was a preliminary message. According to him I need to examine my honesty and discretion before I get back to him. Life just gets better and better! First I have about 7 amazing looking women who want to marry me for no particular reason, offers of a lifetime source of cheap Viagra, and now this! Oh I love the internet

I notice 480 / 480 on there too: http://www.pistonheads.com/sales/lis...dist=&nodays=0 Note the badge on the tailgate. Has me confused, but according to others on this thread the interior badge is right, and the owner seems somewhat more up-front. Regards, Tony

Seems too that the owner of 480/480 is a bit more realistic in his pricing!
Jack PS: Must admit I did enjoy the 'discussion' with that 001/480 chap! In some ways I hope he got his £4k! |
