Thule Xpress 970 Cycle carrier

Towbar mounted cycle carrier suitable for 2 bikes, in used condition, I bought it new in March but its been used fairly often in that time, our new bikes don't fit without a lot of effort so we've bought some roof mounted ones instead!
It has the odd scrape and scuff but nothing serious, pics below shows the worst of it.

Hi, Could you confirm that this bolts directly on to the tow ball itself?

No bolts required it simply locks on.
