Default D5 cylinder heads

Hi I’m sorry if this has been done before, I did do a search but nothing came up that answered my question.

I have just bought a 2010 xc60 2.0 d3 with cambelt issues.
And I have been offered a head from a late 2007 s80 2.4d5 it has the engine mounting by the cambelt the same. Does this mean it will fit?

The engine code for the xc60 is D5204t2 and the engine code for the S80 is D5244t4

Many thanks

Are they both euro 5? It's possible if the early one is euro 4 the injector holes may possibly be different

Default cyl heads

the 2.4 is a 5 cylinder and the 2.0 is a 4 cylinder so i doubt it unless i'm mistaken looks like i'm wrong and they are both 5cyl
