Throttle position sensor
Hi all,
XC90 D5 2003 To add to my recent list of probs I've now got a problem with throttle hesitation. Vida shows up - DTC ECM-9529 Accelerator pedal sensor-PWM signal-Faulty signal. Searched vida for part number and got 30683521. Anybody and idea how much new(I'll phone dealer tomorrow but would like to brace myself with some up front info) Looks nice and easy to change and no re programming part to ECU etc- can anyone confirm easiness. Thanks Tony |

Sorry folks I forgot to close this off so doing it now.
Turned out to be fuse for Accelerator pedal sensor (APM), AC compressor, fan electronics box, 10A.(Fuse 11 I think) Pedal/throttle position sensor must have had a back up circuit that allowed it to work albeit jerkily. |

As part of the redundant and reliable design, the throttle position sensor has both digital and analog outputs and the ECM can use one or the other.
