I go to the ace most sundays for a bite to eat and a look at what ever car or bike club is having a do and it is always a fun and friendly place ,even better when the car park is full of volvos . see you all on the 28th mine is the black amazon .

Gonna be coming convoy with an S40, friend picked it up about 2 weeks ago after saying he would "never own a volvo" .. Showed him wrong didn't we!

So watch for the Blue V70 (with the badly repaired boot panels!) with a Silver-ish S40 in tow. Hoping to be there for breakfast, depends when mate turns up (Defender driver and "Mechanic-who-can-be-paid-in-beer" friend)

Have lost the S40 (He is working at a charity car wash) but will still be there in the V70. Look for the one whos back panels don't match the rest of the car!

Sorry, folks... the flat front 240 (Brown Bess!) has blown its inlet manifold gasket. It can barely make it to the next town

P*ssed off big time. Hope you all have a great time...

Come on guys, no excuses. Volvos and saabs are designed to go anywhere.
I fear if we don't put in a good turn out this year we may not be asked again.

Edit - Passenger has dropped out! Bertti basset - if you see this this evening drop me a PM if you fancy getting a convoy going, im going VIA Watford tomorow morning for some fuel. (Or if anyone else is gonna be passing through Watford ditto!)
