Has anyone owned a pug 207sw?
Bought one about 6 months ago as a daily smoker, horrid little car, but has been perfectly reliable and runs on fresh air.
Anyhoo, a couple of weeks ago it had a little episode.
Boot won't open. Interior lights flash as you are driving, central locking won't work until you are moving at low speed then it locks and unlocks at its own will... Best of the display has come up in German.
After a little spell on Google translate it turns out my boot lid is open.
So today I was fannying about with a screwdriver and the glass pops open. Apparently it has a split tailgate thingy. I didn't know that.
So with that shut and closed properly, everything seems to work. Apart from the display still in German.

Now there doesn't seem to be a switch to get the glass open. Now the big question is how does the glass open? The boot switch only seems to open the whole boot.

On PSA vehicles with boot glass opening feature, usually there is another switch just next to the main one, or next to licence plate lights.

Here you can read/download owner's manual:

Thank you.
Apparently unlocking then holding the unlock button down opens the tailgate.
Yup it works.

Thanks again for that, very useful site
