Polestar Optimisation Pack

Hello all,

I’ve just had the Polestar upgrade done. When I collected my car there was a nice silver envelope on my passengers seat which when I opened it last night had a snazzy picture aluminium plate with a picture of a Volvo etched into it annnnd that was it. I was under the impression that there was certificate included etc.

Does anyone know what I’m missing so I can rattle the dealers cage tomorrow? They have fitted the badge on the tailgate.

I received a small box with the plaque and a certificate, which reminds me the dealer is supposed to stamp, which they haven't.

That is all I got when I had my XC60 done in May. The dealer was very keen that I handed back the Blue Box that came with the 214 XC60 Polestar I traded in. I cannot remember what was in the Blue Box but watever it was it was pretty important to the price of the car. Prooof of gulability perhaps.

Cage rattling time then. They usually on the ball, they missed one of my wheel nut covers off after a tyre change. I spend quite a bit over the year with em so I’m a little peeved currently, a little diligence wouldn’t go a miss.

How did you find the optimisation, does it live up to your expectations?

It’s worth it just for the retune on the Autobox, it’s the best it’s ever been. The cars got more oomph and just feels stronger in acceleration. I’ll know more in a few weeks when we put it through it’s paces in Ireland.

Check the back of the etching......it should say 'Proof of purchase'. It IS the certificate!

What colour is the badge you received? Mine was white and won't look good on my car!
