Default V70R 05 AWD manual, 88k miles

It's with a heavy heart that I need to sell my Volvo V70 R
It's a Manual with 88k mileage and 2 previous keepers.

I bought this car in June last year but have now got an estate car as a company car so no longer need such a big vehicle. I want to keep it as it will only appreciate in value but we have limited parking and need the room.

Full service history with receipts. This V70R has been meticulously maintained by me over the year I've owned it and has had two new front shock absorbers, new tyres all round, two recent brake hoses, brake fluid change and has just had an scheduled service at my local Volvo Dealership. As part of the Volvo service package it now has 12 months Volvo assistance as standard for home and abroad. (This isn't supplied by me but from the Volvo dealership)
The car has MOT until May 2018 and the work required for its MOT was done at Taunton Volvo.
Please see photo for features and specifications, there are too many to list as this car is loaded with kit!
Equipment includes:
Parrot hands free kit
Sunroof
Electric memory seat
Gobi Leather interior
Family Pack (Booster seats and picnic table in the rear)
Winter Pack (Electric heated folding mirrors, heated seats, headlamp wash wipes)
Bi-xenon headlamps with self levelling system
Parking sensors
Active 4-C (continuously controlled chassis concept)

This V70R has an attractive combination of metallic silver and gobi leather coupled with nearly all available extras, versatility of seven seats and has been well maintained. Very low millage, it drives brilliantly with awesome power; This car does not disappoint. I will be removing the personal plate before the sale.

Looking for £8250 ono.

Because there aren't many left, also there are fewer manuals.

At just over £8k asking price it won't be appreciating any time soon for the new owner. Prices of similar cars are hovering around £6k. Folk on here are notoriously frugal so best bet to get top money for the car would be Piston heads/Car&Classic or Auto trader. Avoid eBay unless you have a masochist temperament.

GLWTS. Looks a very squared away car.
