On the way I popped into Cambridge Garage in Havant to have a look at V70s which I'd always fancied and decided that the XC60 was so much nicer. I tested a couple at different dealers but the attitude of Cambridge swung it.
Who was your sales rep at Cambridge?
I've an XC60 on order from these guys.
John is our sales rep and he's been fantastic..... he was excellent when I rocked up with the family in tow for the test drive.

I originally dealt with Andy who is the business manager and who really impressed me. John took over as direct contact and was faultless tho I had the handover done by Keith, again very professional.

Unless they've changed it, you won't know it's about to cut in - but if it does activate, you will know. You will stop very quickly, it will make a loud noise, your yellow ! light will turn on and a message on the dash will display saying city safety braking activated.
I tested it using a similar method and all works very well. Nice and reassuring that, I'm sure it will make me jump if ever used in anger but then it's supposed to if not paying enough attention.:-)
