Speaking about Spotify, it's seems to have lost the ability to sync any music that I have downloaded to my Spotify playlist. It's there but won't play it offline which is pretty useless because 3G is pretty poor where I live.

I assume by SCT you mean Sensus Connected Touch? If so, this is an entirely different system to Sensus or Sensus Connect (the two standard / factory installed options), despite the similar name. It is not simply a Touch version of Connect, but rather a separate system entirely (it's a rebranded Parrot system). Which is why it'll be doing something different for you than everyone else.

Yeah that would probably explain the artwork not appearing but that isn't such a big deal to me as the system not syncing the music from my iPhone in offline mode.
