As the heading says they stopped about a week ago and never worked since strange, the fill washer bottle came on so i refilled but still no headlight wahing action, are these supposed to be heated ? any one else had this problem.

Noticed your name and on my MB if SWMBO ran the screen wash out - it took ages for it to feed through, had to keep depressinging the stalk until fed through the system.
  • Other things you could check
    • if a specific fuse looks after these
    • is the weather so cold that the supply pipes are frozen and never thawed
    • assume the screen wash is fine front and rear - check?
    • I add a splash of antifreeze to my screen wash in this weather.

Hi all filled up washer and car thawed out and there working again, i think when the washer fluid gets low they are the first to stop working thus saving the washer for the important windscreen/rearscreen, another well thought out plan by Volvo

thanks for all the input

Regards Mercmanuk

Mine have been frozen for about a month now!!! Temperatures not got above zero in that time.

And yes I have a strong mixture - but considering yesterday morning was saying -13c - I don't think it was quite strong enough!!
