Default V50 T5 SE For Sale

Due to the arrival of my new car, I am selling my cherished 2004 Volvo V50 T5 SE 6 Speed Manual.

I have owned the car since July 2012, and it is currently on 147,000 miles with 12 months M.O.T and no advisories. It has 4 good tyres (Good Year Eagle F1) all with 5mm tread.

It has a full, stamped service history and has been maintained to a high standard regardless of cost (I have an A4 folder full of receipts).

Being the SE model, it has full grey leather interior, cruise control, dual zone climate control, auto-dim rear view mirror, 6 CD autochanger, electric windows and electric mirrors (all working)

During my ownership, and as a Volvo enthusiast, I have completed various bits and bobs including:

'Sport' bumper skirts added front and rear with complementary hex mesh grill
R-Design gear lever knob (aluminium)
Bilstein B4 shock absorbers and Eibach springs (30mm drop)
DO 88 intercooler
AS Performance Intake Plenum (the plastic ones split with age)
E-Focus Gearbox torque mount
Black Diamond grooved brake discs (320mm)
Ford Focus RS Clutch and Dual Mass Flywheel kit
Jetex Stainless Steel Exhaust

The car is available with a Stage 1 map from Shark Performance, although this is currently removed as may put some general buyers off.

The car is always driven gently until warm, and left to idle after a hard run. It does not smoke, and uses less than 0.5 litres of oil per 2000 miles (some oil usage is normal on all turbocharged engines). It is always run on Castrol Fully Synthetic Oil, and minimum 97 Ron Petrol.

Recent work includes a new steering rack, re-conditioned air conditioning compressor, reverse switch and wheel bearing with ABS sensor.

All the classic T5 failure parts have been replaced including the Fuel Pressure Sensor, Oil Housing Diaphragm, Turbo Control Valve and Boost Sensor.

This has been a great car to own, and is a joy to drive.

I'm looking for £2,700 O.N.O and have a set of steel wheels with winter tyres that I can offer with the car, plus Travall dog guard.

Please note that proof of insurance will be required for any test drive.

Pictures to follow once the system lets me upload them (appears to be a problem at present?)

The grill is this:

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/VOLVO-S40-...oAAOxy3zNSlXI4

I removed the Swedish Flag and fitted Volvo slash.

The bumper splitter is this:

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Rhino-Lip-...QAAOSwxH1UJJDz

I can sell them both to you if you like, but you'd have to take the whole car! £2,550

Haha, to be honest with the extras you've put on it, it would cost me the best part of £2K to put them on mine so getting the car too isn't a bad deal - shame I've already got a low mileage S40 T5

Thanks for the links!
