Hi ebdl, there's a whole range of events in England that you can compete in. You can choose to compete in many events - I compete in the Bristol Car Club events which are in the south west which are at Castle Combe, Colerne and Llandow. It's just a matter of gathering points at each event. Members take part in sprints, hill climbs and classic car rallies. I can post the date of some of the events later in the week as I don't have them to hand.

I dont know what you know about competing so I'll give you some basic information. You will need a MSA non-race licence for sprints and need to belong to a car club if the race is not affiliated to the VOC - membership to car clubs is not expensive. You will also have to be a member of the VOC to take part. Each race entry ranges from £80-£95, you will need to apply at least a month before each event if you want to be sure of a place.

Last season I had a list of selected dates that were identified as specific rounds of the VOC challenge... is it running under a different system this year (it sounds that way from what you say)?

The list of events is being e-mailed to me. As soon as I receive it I'll post it.
