P0300 code

Well I purchased 2 code readers one for vovlo only of the bay and a Bluetooth one that works with torque and they both diagnosed same code. Replaced spark plugs now awaiting coil pack to hopefully sort it out. Is there any other reason it could be throwing up the same code ?

It's a s60 2.0T 51 plate all help appreciated
