Default Car cuts out randomly

My car cut out randomly for no apparent reason last week, it restarted and i finished my journey. On the return journey it did it again and i needed recovering by the RAC. I took it to the garage who couldn't confidently diagnose the fault, they cleared the codes and the car drove fine for 300 miles over the following 7 days.
It then did the same thing within a mile of home, it restarted so i returned home and the following codes were displayed.
ECM-P000100 Fuel volume control valve open circuit
ECM-P009116 Fuel pressure regulator 1 control circuit low - general electrical failures
ECM-P000200 Fuel volume control valve outside threshold value

The car will usually restart but the problem just returns.
Can anyone suggest which of the above sensors could be at fault? The car has had a new Mann fuel filter fitted since the original breakdown.

No too familiar with Volvos, but chances are the fuel pump is on the way out.
