But it's difficult, I know what to look for to an extent but I still got burnt a few years ago... What sort of money would you be looking for for the dark blue one? Could you give me some more detail? Thanks again for the advice, i'm a relative novice really so all advice is gratefully received! Tom
hi ya Tom

i was with both the estates today and one of them is so bad my only two options is -

1- do the ground work on it and sell as a project so i dont do to many labour hours on it

2 - or just go for it but its a monster of a project but i may well go with first option least then i know its safe and will not be scrapped

i dont like option 3 as it is not what im about i like to save these cars not scrap them

and the other amazon estate is semi modified but solid as a rock just needs some tlc i could do that one but it has had the tunnel modified already by the previous owner which has a remote OD fitted i will send you some pictures via pm when i get a chance so you see both the cars
these cars just require so much labour and tlc ( i always recommend new seals all round when doing any projects it pays in the long run all new parts add up to a big bill at the end of a project ) if you could find an extra £1000 it would open a lot more options up for you i could maybe squeeze one up for that amount but its a tight budget its the bodyshop costs aswell unless your not to picky and take it as you find it for the amount you said ? but with that one i was going to fully modify it and make it something special i will have to do some figures on that one see where its at ......

of course it wont be till next year i could start that one as im booked up till end of the year with work ( of course i will always make time for customers my projects sometimes have to wait naturally to pay the bills my ) .

let me have a think and i will pm you over next few days might have a few options i could hand the bad one over to my bodyshop and say get it solid ( which means they do the welding it also means its done this side of xmas ) and paint it the rest you could take on maybe ? would be nice to rescue that one i just have a lot on atm so need to have a good ponder ......

kind regards

robert
