Would you buy another Volvo?

Yes.
I have tried other cars (company cars) but I am afraid that Volvo make the only cars that I can sit in comfortably on a long journey.

I've had two major back operations, and every other car I have tried, I suffer after about 20 minute to half an hour.
Had a company Citroen C5 for a while, it was pure agony on a long run, and I needed assistance to get out the thing.

You could buy a motorbike for performance, then buy a car you didn't actually like,say a nissan micra, join an internet forum for that car and then spend your evenings telling the other forum members how much you dislike the car, it would make a nice winter hobby?

Just idly pondering the question of another volvo in future, I was browsing secondhand prices. Comparing what I paid for mine new with the dealer top end prices for similar secondhand examples at not quite a year old, I observe that XC60 depreciation is in the region of 0% (or am I missing something).

Unfortunately there is a big difference between the price you will get from the dealer and the price he will then put it on the forecourt.

..or depending on what discount you got when buying new...secondhand ones are more expensive so seem to have appreciated...!!!!!!

don't forget it's possible to get discounts on 2nd hand too. i got over 10%.
