Question air shocks

hi , can i ask did you fit the air shocks yourself ? iv'e been trying to look up a pair , the shocks that you pump up yourself via footpump?
is there a hydraulic pnumatic supplier local to you , might be a bit of a search but my company uses small gauge air hose for air rams (door openings ect) and i think we get it from RS components . i havent got a web adress but there one of the uk's largest electrical component suppliers.
hope this helps ?
cheers
Daren.
