Ok, so basicaly I have the pops when the brake hose is connected because I have a vacuum leak somewhere? That is strange, because the engine mounts are new, the brake booster it's new and I also changed all the vacuum lines to new ones, just to be sure. I might have to check everything again... Thanks for the info,Marvin

Yeah. Block the vac pump air intake ports (the bigger one with something solid that doesn't get sucked in).
If it still pops then it's probably the vacuum pump seal.

Hello Guys,
same problems here as Konstantine and Jericho. it only pops when the brake hose is connected.
Yesterday i changed the vacuum pump against a used one, but no improvement. so i will have to check the brake booster now...

I'm looking forward to your results!

My poppings are still there, after having new engine mounts, new vacuum lines and new brake booster. Maybe it's the seal between the vacuum pump and engine, but I am waiting some feedback from other users too.

deplug the hose from the vacuumpump which goes to the brake booster and put your hand on the vacuumpump.
when i do this on my engine, after a few seconds the engine stops popping....and my hand hurts cause of the vacuum

so you could find out if the seal on the vacuumpump is leaking. iam pretty sure its not

Never do this with your hand, use something sealing but solid like the handle of a screwdriver.
