Default Camshaft locking tool for D5244T18

Good Day Everyone,
Just a quick question. I'm going to replace the camshaft seal (belt side) as there is some slight leaking. I have access to VIDA 2014D and DICE but I'm somehow confused about one thing.

Do I need a camshaft locking tool to do the job on this engine? I've looked at VIDA and its not showing as being needed but I've read a lot of posts online stating that would be needing one.

Cheers in advance

you will see the pulley is secured with 3 bolts in slots so there is adjustment between pulley and camshaft . This enables the cam timing always to be spot on when you use the tool . As soon as you take the pulley off you loose the correct cam timing . You might mark it and line it up the same but cam timing is very sensitive and you will not get it correct again without the tool .
