Guys,
Would you consider this particular part a problem?
Should i accept it? or raise any claim before receiving the car?

I would not see that as a fault even when brand new.

No,

Leather is a natural product, it has those kind of traits. A hot day or assembly at the factory could cause that and in a month you will notice more.

If it were me I would simply enjoy it and be happy you have a three year warranty on the seats (not that I expect anything to go wrong).

That will flatten out and indeed create new ruffles as it ages. Leather is never perfect, it can be heated and straightened to look perfect for a while but it has a habit of settling whatever way it pleases.

By all means point it out and ask that its recorded as in issue, that way if it splits there or gets worse a claim is easier.

I have a 5 year warranty on the car plus 5 year free service maintenance plus 5 year road assistance.

Will this cover also the seats or there is a special 3-year limited warranty for the seats?

Just point it out next time you are at the dealer , there is a good chance they will replace it for you . Especially if there is an improved part available which is often the case .
