Default Turbo Control valve and possible air leak?

Hello,

I own a Volvo V50, 2.0D, which is the most comfortable car, I've owned. However, 2 years ago, sadly the turbo went bad, and engine went runaway, unfortunately, as a rookie I did not know, how to stop it. (6 gear manual)

However, I recently now completed the engine swap, with the new one. (thank you so much for this forum, about helping me out a lot)

However, I did not find anything about vacuum lines diagram.

The throttle body (twin throttle body) vacuum lines are correct I think, as the car runs fine and idles smoothly. However, I've got a problem, if I shift a gear from 2nd to 3rd example, and if revs are about less than 2k, there's black smoke coming from exhaust, but if the revs are more than 2k, the smoke goes away.
Also, the first injector has a little moist. (Probably injector seal?)

The TCV vacuum lines are connected at the moment as this:

TCV OUT pipe line connects to the turbo.
TCV VAC pipe connects to the under throttle body to some kind of engine manifold, where's another vacuum pipe.

I hope, I have the lines connected correctly. If not, maybe someone has time, to make me some pictures or guide me, where the lines should go.

I also scanned car with VIDA,which also said, TCV faulty signal. (Electrical problem, vacuum line leak, air leak etc stated by Vida)

Other than that, the car pulls well.

Edit. Car year is 2005, with DPF.

Searching the forums top to bottom and all I can see is unanswered posts?
Anyone get a picture of a diagram? or fancy taking pictures of their own car showing where the vacuum lines go?
