I still have this car and have been using it and its a great car,yes the car is a cat c recorded Looks like its had a small section of sill repaired and a osr door skin fitted (enough to get a cat c in 2002) if anyone is interested in the car first offer over £500 will buy it (car is taxed and mot had full service cambelt ready to go) thanks

What tax or MOT on it. Not bothered by cat C! One of the best cars I ever has was - wait for it a Cat C Proton Persona Tdi!

£500 sounds like an absolute bargain. As someone mentioned earlier, if the car had had door and sill damage when it was newer and had been repaired properly, most folk wouldn't have minded and quite a few wouldn't even have known.

Perhaps I should go and hpi check my old Volvo!
