Default Rear oxygen sensor and Air mass sensor fault

My engine light came on and using VIDA I obtained this

2015-09-17 23_09_25-VIDA - XC90.png

The rear oxygen sensor may need replacing, I've cleaned the connection but the light still comes up. Do I need a special tool to remove the rear oxygen sensor and do I need to lower down the cat?

With the air mass sensor fault, I guess I'm looking at a new air mass sensor? I've tried cleaning the air mass sensor using a CRC air mass sensor cleaner and it's connector but the fault is still coming back. The XC90 has 86k miles and I feel the air mass sensor should last longer based on other volvos I've owned. Should I buy a new one or can I get away with a used air mass sensor?

Thanks

Can't find a suitable cleaner to clean the MAF. I had and was using CRC mass air flow cleaner but ran out of it. And the shop that sold it have stopped selling it.

My MAF is more like this. The wire sensor is buried deep inside. I have in the past regularly 'cleaned' it by spraying inside the hole. But after seeing this video, I'm doubtful you can clean the sensor inside.
