Starting issues
Sometimes when I try to start my 2002 manual petrol V40, it almost starts but then instead makes like a very soft, low whossy noice. I can't describe it very well. It is most definitely not the ticking of a low battery.
It has only ever happened when I need to restart the car, not when I start it first thing. After a few attempts, I get it going. I assume it is a lose wire or dodgy connection somewhere but any ideas/guesses where? George
