Default 240 instrument cluster conundrum....

Hello all, I have a 1992 240 GL that has had some instrument cluster issues, first no dash lights at all, so I pulled the cluster out, and maybe the last shop to change the tach cracked my PCB board for the speedometer. Anyway that small board is now broken where the "L" shaped connector attaches. Bummer.
So I happened to have an 1990 compleat cluster and I swapped the speedo unit and low and behold that's when I notice on has 4 pins from the speedo PCB board and the other one has only 3 So I swapped the PCB boards. Now the car will not start. Grrrr.....I have all the row of lights at the bottom but the car just cranks over no start. What to do now? Any ideas of where I can get a new 4 pin PCB board?
Thanks and God bless. Also for the original dash lights problem, what could that be? the bulbs ohmed checked good.

Could you post a picture of the back of the speedo? I’m wondering if you could solder on a connector to replace the existing cracked pcb board , then change the L-shaped plug to suit- it’s only three wire connections after all.

Cheers
