All the other advice here is good but there are a few things you can try which worked for me.

Thermal shock. Heat the nipple up as much as you dare then cool it rapidly as much as posssible. Freezer spray is good if you have it; if not then iced or cold water. a few cycles of alternate heating and cooling worked well for me.

A wall-drive ring spanner or socket like the Metrinch ones may help. These grip the flats of the nut rather than the corners and will sometimes work on nuts that have otherwise been mangled. Otherwise hammering on an undersize socket can work well and the tapping can help break a corrosion bond. Gently tapping the spanner to alternately try to tighten and loosen the nipple can help free it off.

Applying a penetrating oil whilst the nipple is hot may also help.

Patience is the watchword. I once had a stuck nipple on an old V40 that had well and truly seized. It eventually yielded to a combination of the above after the best part of a week of intermittent attempts to shift it.

I now put a smear of silicone grease on the thread of the nipple and loosen and retighten them once a year.

Penetrating oil when the item is hot has worked for me in the past. May take more than one attempt though.
Plus clamping something on so it won’t slip then tapping one way then the other.
Again, patience is required.
