Default T5 ME7 in east midlands area

Hi all,

I have a long running saga with my car running rich (other threads have description) and I'm trying to eliminate my ECU from the equation as I can't properly test the programming on it.

I have a spare ECU which is a clone of my original and has the immobiliser delete so will work in any car and I was wondering if anybody in the Nottingham to Lincoln area (can travel further) has an ME7 T5 that I could drop it into to see how it behaves please.

This would either prove I've got faulty ECU coding that I've inadvertently copied on to my spare ECU or the fault genuinely lies within my car.

Any help appreciated.

Thanks in advance,

Drew

He's the guy who coded out the immobiliser but I'd rather try other avenues first. Also can't guarantee he'll have the right car to test it on.
