Were they able to smooth out the wrinkles, or did they redo the whole door card with new material?

Heat gun and glue, no need to replace any material, you can see slight discoloration from where the cards have had wrinkles for years however they are now totally smooth.

Does seem a problem in the mid 90's 940 door cards. My grey 1996 ones were bad!

I would pay £25 each for perfect ones with good door pockets.

I got lucky and paid £10 each. They were very good. Unfortunately an elderly client hit my passenger door card with his walking stick and broke it. It's been over a year and still not glued it!

James.
