Default Soot from exhaust

Hi all, My 2010 s60 d3 163 with 58k on clock and i do 350+ miles each week mainly upon motorways, is emitting soot from the exhaust upon cold start up.There is a hint when you rev up high at a stand still but nothing I've noticed in the headlights in cars behind me when i hard accelerate. I have a volvo vida dice and am getting no error codes. It's been into the local Volvo dealership and had a full service and the T map sensor replaced under warranty but this runs out in febuary so i need help getting it sorted. The soot content today in the DPF was 7.34g and Adapted Differential Pressure was 3hPa. I've done two forced regens one last sunday and the sunday before, before doing the forced regens i noticed that the Adapted Diff was reading a minus number but now is a plus. Any ideas as to what the Adapted Diff pressure should be ???
Doesn't look like the DPF has been gutted as i'm able to do a regen.
