PM box is full

On top right of my screen just below my screen name it states my PM Box is 100% full with 100 private messages. How do I deal with this as am getting a lot of replies to a car I've advertised and I won't be able to reply.

Tom , go to your inbox. Look over to the right hand side and you will see DATE.

Below that is MESSAGES. Tick the little square box right next to it and it will select all messages in INBOX.

Noew go to bottom right of INBOX and you will see SELECTED MESSAGES and the words Move to Folder . Click the down arrow in that box and then select DELETE. Then hit GO.
