Default V70 for S80?

Hi all,
Just a tentative enquiry:

Although my S80 has a large boot, my work tools are now spilling out onto the back seat. I think the time is right for an estate! Just wondered if anyone has a V70 and would consider swapping for an S80?
Looking for a V70 with towbar, preferably diesel auto but not counting out others.
S80 is a '56 (MY2007) D5 SE Sport Geartronic, FourC, working Nav, sunroof with just under 170K. It does not have a towbar.
Willing to drive halfway.
Thanks

Hi,
I'm interested, but being a newbie, can't seem to PM you!

Cheers,

Paul

Default Changed my mind..Sorry!

After perusing this forum and finding various excellent "how-to's", I decided to clean my V70's EGR, throttle body and MAP sensor. I had it mapped a while ago, so it was pretty quick before I de-gunked it this weekend.
Now it's proper quick - I changed into 2nd, the turbo kicked in, and the front wheels started spinning. Just to mention that I had the rev limiter raised during the remap, as well as the traction control removed - not the ASC braking and anti-idiot handling bit though. So I tried it again, and it took me by surprise as the rev counter tried to lap itself.

I'm in love with my car again, so sorry but I won't be parting with it. Blame the forum..

Cheers,

Paul

Hi Paul,

Sorry, just seen this. Glad you got yours sorted. The S80 has now gone and has been replaced with a 2.5 V6 AWD X-Type. Love it so far!

All the best,

Julian
