Default Large rectangular (2"x4") crossection hitch?

Hello - thanks for this forum. For years I have been looking for a tow hitch for my 89 760 wagon with what appears to be a factory installed receiver. The problem is that it's a large rectangular 2"x4" (?) crossection channel bar rather than the square crossection that's now standard in the US. See http://asb.turi.org/~abrown/89volvo-towhitch.jpg for a photo. I have had no luck whatsoever with this -- any clues would be greatly appreciated.

Can't a local fabrication/welder shop make something for you?

Someone like WabFab that make custom rear bumpers etc for off roaders?
