Well someone has made me an offer on the whole car that isn't quite what I'm afterm but they're coming to see it in BNirmingham tomorrow,

If that doesn't pan out we'll set about breaking it into pieces...

That being the case I'll put together a price list for the components tomorrow.

As you know, I pm'd you about the front bumper, but I really hope the car is kept in one piece, and if I don't get my bumper a whole car is saved!!

I'm not sure why you're not getting the head done, and haven't searched for any history on your particular car. But good Rs are worth about £2500, maybe more, and you said it would fetch £1500 broken.
Is it not worth spending about £500 to get the car back where it belongs? Or spend the money and sell it as a runner with MOT for much more?

A don't know how much a new head would cost, but I'm unable to do the work myself...

and to be honest, I just don't want to run an older car anymore, as much as I love it, I just want something where I've not replaced nearly every boody thing on it.
