Power steering rack leakage !!!

Hi there !

Need your help !!!

On my C70 Conv 04 , I've a leakage coming from the inner side of the boot , driver side of the rack .

Is it a common issue ?

Is there any repair kit for the rack , or is it an indication for an exchange ?

Do you have some addresses for re-manufactured power steering rack ?

It's often worth trying a tube of Wynns Power Steering stop-leak first.

I used this on my Audi & it was still leak-free when I sold it 3 years later !

I can start try this product ... But this leak is around a drip / second ... 8-(

I'm breaking a V70T5 which should have the same rack if you are looking for a cheap replacement

I wanna check the serial number and type of rack it is and came back to you !

In VIDA there are several types , but my C70 seems to be a SMI rack model ... Need to be confirmed ...

Sticker says : P9461280 , replace 8601753 .
Fits with : Volvo V70 1998, 1999, 2000 according to

I found that Wynn's Stop-Leak doesn't, but the red Lucas stuff is amazing!
