Radio, Satnav and Reverse sensor not working

I have a XC70 2011 which has no radio, sat nav or rear sensors working. Been and had check at Volvo dealers and told ICM is faulty and needs replacing. I have bought a S/H unit from a Volvo breakers and fitted it. I have the same problem. New unit is from a 2014 unit. Does it need to have Volvo put the correct software in it before it works.

Needs to be programmed by Vida and the faults cleared.

You will need a new blank ICM and a software reload , due to the security, a used one with another cars details in it will only work for 10 seconds then shut down or not at all depending on which volvo model it is .....
