V70 Body/Trim: - Removing lower plastic door trim

Hi. 2005 V70 facelift. I need to remove the lower plastic trim on the outside of the doors. Do you just pry it off carefully from the outside or is it held on the inside? Is it held with clips or bonded? Regards.

its bolted on from the inside, get on your knees and look

I could, of course, have looked first before asking here but it was useful to know if I needed to remove the door card or not. Thanks.

I've not taken these off myself as yet, but attached is a photo from VIDA showing the arrangement for my 2003 V70. It looks like there are clips involved as well as screws.
